Fnb double debited me even though i have proof of a payment arrangement...

Seeing that you are my private banker assistant, you have not called me or updated me on a issue that was the banks fault with me providing proof of payment arrangement. This issue was brought to your attention last week and i was advised on the refund being in process and to date no funds or feedback. Does Fnb thrive on making me more angry giving such pathetic service?
