FNB DOUBLE DEBITED
i have a personal loan with FNB,they attempted twice to debit the instalment in different days.
I managed to pay on the agreed date the instalment 28/11 following day they took another money same amount. my personal loan is on arreas,since i have been unemployed due to Retrenchment.I am still trying to get things back on track which i still battle at this stage.Won't it be fair for both parties if there could be at least proper arrangements on how i cover the arreas owed to them.I am devasted every month due to this problem.I do not have airtime to phone FNB now and again.Why are they not asking me if how much would i afford so far?I need your help.I am losing my mind with this Can i get this second debit order as i am running out of money on my pay day?
