FNB Double Debit of Home Loan!!!!!! This is ridiculous
I am highly upset and annoyed with FNB!!!!
They decided to debit my homeloan TWICE!!!! then tell me they are investigating i need to wait 42 hours, which in my mind is unacceptable!!!!! in that time i have incurred bank charges for declined transactions i have lost an additional R500 all because of FNB......
All this is coming in the first week of the month! I have bills to pay and things to handle which i cant do!
I need this sorted YESTERDAY! with my bank charges reversed and my R500 as well as 7000 returned to my account!!!!!

So i was called and told that the admin department will call me before close of business on the 04/11/2021 but still NOTHING!!!!! No call, No money back in my account!!!!!
