FNB dosnt respond, but asks for evaluation of response :)
FNB _ you got a 0 on your rating of your handling of my complaint because nobody contacted me. So that is exactly what I think.

07 Dec 2021, 19:01I don't remember the reference number of the complaint. I thought you would respond - but no. Just ask for my grading of your response without doing anything! It shows how much you even look at complaints - or take note of them if you want me to re-do it. This takes the cake! I guess I will. You guys will just have yet another complaint on your Hello Peter page. WIll you do anything? Probably not in my experience. I'll probably do another complaint tomorrow.
