FNB DORMANT ACCOUNT ZERO ASSISTANCE OFFERRED

I have been trying to get information on a dormant bond account from FNB in fact on a call with them again right now as we speak put on hold. They are unable to assist with simple matters and gives incorrect guidance. Poor Service and not bothered. I have sent through the request for cancellation forms done it all with no success. This bond has been dormant and we are talking close to 10 years already.
