FNB dont worry about Transaction Dispute as long as they have the money.

I have a ATM dispute where i got a slip stating error of transaction but money is deducted from my account. Refered it to dispute department and received notification back that the received my dispute. Stated 5 business day response but sitting over 7 business days and no response while I have to pay intrest on my money that they owe me.
