#FNB DONT WANT TO REFUND ME

FNB are ******* and they don't want to refund my Money. I was hand over to their Legal department and then then I made payment right. So first they said I should make R1300.00 payment, which I did on the 15th of July 2019. The next Consultant contacts me and says the R1300.00 was for Legal Fees. Which I said that this can not be. And he told me that FNB will continue to Deduct Money from my account for the same amount that I made payment for on a monthly bases on the Personal Loan for of R449.00. Which then he said I should make payment of R1604.24 which I then instructed the them to take the full amount of R1604.24 on the 15/08/2019. A day later on the before the 25th I called them TSLegal the FNB debt collectors on *** spoke to Candrique and Travio and told them that my account is now paid with the R1300.00 and the outstanding balance is now R300.00 and my account should be closed by now. And they said the amount will be allocated as soon as they collect the money. However this did not Happen. FNB then on the 25/08/2019 deducted the R300.00 from my account. Please note people that the loan that I took out was a for R1700.00. So I over paid them by R1604.24 and now their Legal department is saying that they only see a refund of R144.00 and someone has the nerve to send me an e-mail stating that I owe them the R-144.00. I tried to call the FNB Collections department and they don't answer ever. I have been twice to the branch for this Issue and they can not help me. But their Slogan says HOW MAY WE HELP YOU!!!!! WHICH THEY CLEARLY CAN NOT. TSLEGAL says that their process is done by paying the Money over to FNB and they are waiting for FNB to REFUND them the money back and then they can pay me and this process does not sound right to me. One of these COMPANY ENTITIES IS SITTING WITH MY MONEY. THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSE NOW WITH A REFUND OF R144.00 AND THIS ALL THAT FNB SEES ON THERE SIDE. WHERE IS MY MONEY OF R1600.00?
