FNB dont want to help on a holiday relief

I app**** for holiday relief from FNB in June 2020, not a loan. I was asking FNB to pause my payments for the next 6 months. Till today, I didn't get any help. The FNB slogan" How can we help you" is just a window dressing & useless then.
