FNB DON'T WANT TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT

Fnb is not treating me well, I logged a ***** on the 28th of May 2022 about my business card which was ****** and being used via tollgate, right now I asked to credit the transactions that came in they are refusing to credit my account and the transaction is close to R9000, how do you want us as small business to survive in this regard if I can apply for a loan it will decline I need to pay rent for the office how will I raise such money in a short period?
