Fnb don’t wanna close my account

Good day

Fnb i request account 5159 to be closed on the 24th of Nov but the process was never done and ended but having charges me and Neo sorted it out but was given a new account after my December salary cut off date at work. I spoke to an agent saying when the money is in my account I will transfer it to my savings which I did and I requested closure even today the account is not closed. Agents **** about not getting hold of me 29 but we spoke and told him I’m on my way to work he said he will call me at 08:10 but he never did I have been following up ever since yesterday a guy called me he said since the is a debit order on the account he will transfer me to dispute and dispute and he will reverse the fees and close the account. I’m still waiting for that call even today . Now I’m waking with debit orders in the account and fnb will also make this my problem. FNB has been taking me for a fool I’ve just had it to with this bank if this issue is not resolved by end of today. I’m taking my service somewhere else clearly you guys don’t need me as client
