Fnb don't value customers

I am so disappointed in fnb I am a customer now for more then 4 years I get my monthly pension in my fnb account yet When I try to apply for a cell phone over 24 months payment plan I always get declined even if I take the lowest option available this really shows me how fnb don't value long standing customers you make it seem like I won't he able to pay the monthly installments when I actually can afford to pay it but yet you don't even give me a chance I only wanted one item and that's a cell phone and fnb can't even allow me a customer too get one im so disappointed in this year's with this bank get my pay in this bank yet stll get declined even to I've been wth this bank since 2022 I'm beyond disappointed and actually I'm considering moveing banks since it doesn't seem like fnb values customer
