FNB dont respond on my second cellphone repair

I had a problem with the Blackberry 9720 that i bought from FNB where the charging point was no longer working, my problem was solved when they replaced the phone. Now i have the same problem with the same phone that was replace and the other one that i bought from FNB, both of them have a charging point problem. They dont charge at all.<br> Since i reported this problm they never came back to me, i even wrote an email to y banker who is Ntombi Byl, and until now they still didnt respond, i am now paying for 2 cellphones that are not working at all.<br> <br> FNB please urgently attend to y query or stop deducting money for the phones that dont work at all.
