FNB Don't Release Payment

Money Transfer Got Senf From FNB to my Capitec bank a week ago. I even got the notification PDF And The Sms And My Banking details is Correct . But FNB Did Not Release The Funds, Im Still Waiting, I Olso Phoned Them They Say They Cant Track The Track ID That Is On The Notification PDF , So I Report The Issue And They Just Say They Can Do Anything, but This I Understood They Really Can't Do Anything If You Know what I Am Saying. THIS TRANSFER WAS FOR MY RENT.
