FNB dont release my funds!!

It is Friday evening 15/03/2024 I have been on the phone for 1hour and 30 min to get someone to release the funds in my account for a property I bought. They requested documents which was provided on Wednesday. I gave them more than what was initially requested. As per their SLA they were supposed to reales the funds on Thursday. Today Friday I call them and they confirm it was escalated. I check at 17h00 and it was still not released. I had a deadline to pay the outstanding amount on a property I boughtFNB . Now I am in breach because FNB did not release my money already in my ccount on Tuesday. The scary thing is that the Regional manager was called by the contact centre supervisor and whoever that person was did not pick up his phone. Friday night suppose!! They had to get hold of the head of the KYC to release the funds!! This was an amazing wake up call to end my very long relationship with FNB!! What happened to the spirit of pride in your work that Michael Jordaan was able to instill in the staff. SHOCKING!!!
