FNB Dont protect its clients

FNB do not protect its clients , quite saddening i have a mechant who ********ly deducted money from my business account using my card details that is long discarded, i launched a ***** case its over 60 days when i call im taken from pillar to post and being given multiple reference numbers, i dont recomend FNB to any small business owner , as im typing this i havent paid salaries and no one is willing to help.
