FNB don't give any feedback after months

I had loans in 205 and 2016 with fnb. In 2016 went under sequestration and in 2018 I was rehabilitated. After two years FNB still put me on blacklist for loans witch formed part of the sequestration. When you phone the call center they tell you to email the documents to a certain email address. Nothing happens after a month and I resend it. Still no feedback. I call the call center again and ask for a direct number for the department where I send my documents to and they just drop the line.
