FNB dont give a hoot

I loaded a complaint here on the 4th August, quickly received a response and a high priority complaint number...absolutely nothing happened after that. I am still receiving incontact messages for accounts i do not own. is this not a POPIA breach? FNB has become slow, uninterested and definitely not the bank they claim to be
