FNB DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT THIER CLIENTS

FNB Customer care is as useless as the entire institution. I lodged a complaint seven days ago regarding uncaptured transaction. Promised a response in 24-48 hours. I'm still wait. Can we get value for those expensive monthly fees we pay every month please
