FNB Dont care when ***** happens. Lousy service

Reported ***** on my sons account more than a month ago. Found out they closed the case because i didnt answer their 087 call. No other attempt was made to contact me. No feedback received via email. There are so many contact options available yet they took the easy way out. Even courier companies sms you when they cant get hold of you. Just dont want to refund and then use excuses.
