FNB don't care about there clients

I app**** for a credit card in December which was approved, they explained i must activate the card when i am ready and it will take 3-10 days for delivery, i activated my card end of January, when i went into the branch on Saturday there was a problem and now they can't explain what happened, Micheal the Branch Manager at East Rand Mall said he would phone me back on Tuesday as he was not at work on Monday, it is already Thursday and everytime you phone the put you through from one department to another, please can you contact me urgently on ***
