FNB don't care about their clients

There was a transfer of funds that was transferred in to my acc by my sister. She is using Capitec I am using FNB. Fnb freez my acc without notifying me when I called them they said there was ***** reported on my acc by another bank that why my acc is freezed. Capitec also blocked my sister's acc they said they want her to sent some documents. She sent it last week Friday but FNB still froze my acc I can't do anything I need to receive money I can't even send money m working they need to pay me at work k they can't. When m calling they telling me Siboniso Ntembe is dealing with my case where else that Siboniso never contacted me. And the number I was given for Siboniso is not going through
