FNB dont care about anyone! especially former employees!

I am a former employee of FNB trying to get IRP5 tax forms. I have tried every number on the fnb website, especially when they say there is 1 number for everything... which is not true... I have spent hours all morning trying to get through and when I eventually get through to some HR department they tell me there is nothing they can do if my www.fnbhr.mobi logins doesnt work, my details obviously changed in the past 10 years... I just need IRP5 certificates for the periods I have worked there for a SARS audit! Please can someone email me or call me who can actually help me!
