Fnb dont care

Personally I thought fnb was always the best bank in SA and I always suggested that people should use them , even making my gf switch from her bank to fnb

But now I am on the opposite end ,once you no longer have income they just put ignore and forget you, ive been retrenched for over 3 months now submitted all my documents 3 times to them (all documents required) still waiting on my insurance to kick in

I pay cover for personal loan , I pay for a premium credit card and I pay additional insurance for an overdraft . They happy to take these amounts over the last 6 years but as soon as you actually need them they just don't come through . One star is actually too much for them
