FNB DON'T CARE A BIT

Very disappointed in FNB I am with them for many years and about 5 years ago I had a problem collecting funds in time but they let my life policy's and funeral cover go through even if funds was not enough because they knew I always fix it and make a payment in a few days I was always glad that they help. NOW IN THIS CRITICAL TIME THEY BOUNCE MY LIFE AND FUNERAL COVER. So if something happen to me now there is no money THANKS FNB
