FNB dont care

So when you report *****, and lodge this with your FNB, their investigators think they walk on water. They wont communicate with you, neither conduct any investigation. I had to communicate with ABSA to whereby the money was sent, get them to authorize the reversal back to FNB. Now the investigator "Beverly" is obstructing the return of my funds, cause she did not do het job it seems. I have all communications from ABSA stating they waiting on her, and she refuses to co-operate in this.

At this stage, I think i should just take the loss and close everything with FNB seeing no justice will be served by rouge individual that is not co-operative in any form with myself or ABSA. As i have the emails to show they are waiting on her, as she is not co-operating in this matter.
