Fnb done it again, failed in initiative(Debi Mandate)

Fnb yet again failed with their pathetic service regarding the Debi check mandate. I rejected a Debi Check mandate because I canceled a service providers service because of the ridiculous increase in price. But yet again they managed to debit my account with the full increased amount, after I rejected the Debi Mandate. So I will have to share this on every platform possible because it's pathetic, and for FNB's sake I hope my money is reimbursed today still.
