FNB don't follow protocol

I contacted Trans Union yesterday to get a break down on my Credit Rating, only for the very helpfull consultant to tell me FNB re submitted a Judgement on me in 2013, from this i got they did this previously. Now the kicker here is i have not heard a word from FNB in 9 years, no telephone calls, no emails, no final demands, no summons to appear or nit to appear, no registered mail, no sheriff coming for a signature, no contact with my employers for a garnish order so what the hell is going on, at NO time did i sign an acknowledgement of debt. i would very much like all the recordings, the signed summons by myself as they must claim in order to get the judgement past, the notice to appear in court and so on.<br> This is a mockery of my rights and i challenge FNB legal to contact me with all they have stacked up against me toi have the magistrates court pass this judgement, i would also like to know in which district this was passed because i know where i was staying in 2013 and i very much doubt it was passed there! It is a crime that this institution can destroy my credit score in this despicable manner and they are making it impossible for me to even rent a home!!!!<br> <br> Deborah du Toit<br>
