FNB..Don't complain about service, there is none!!

On 18/9/2015, I received a call from FNB connect offering me a cellphone package, I thought it sounded good and said that I was interested, I was told that the t&cs would be mailed to me and a reference number sms'd, to date, I have yet to receive either. After the call I realised that I was not advised which service provider the package was on and I cannot change to other providers from MTN, I mailed FNB. The only response I received was a reference that said it is being attended to. The couriers contacted me to deliver the handset and I called to advise that I am waiting for a reply from FNB. I received a message stating that FNB had requested my number to be \ported""; I mailed to cancel the deal. On 14/10/2015 my cell would not connect to a network; my number was ported and I cannot make/receive calls; I logged a call with Waheem and was told he would look into it. I then receive a email stating that FNB is trying to contact me on my cell?????. On 15/10 I was told the matter would be sorted out by Nthabiseng Raseala;by close of business but she later called me and said I must sort it out with MTN myself??? """
