FNB doing what they can to help *****sters

After downgrading my account due to the lack of service and crazy fees, FNB needs to deliver a card for the account. They can't get hold of me so they decided to call a random person I work with and get card delivery instructions from them. With all the *****ulent activity going round, FNB seems to have no procedures in place to protect their clients, only their own backsides.
