FNB Doing me in

I'm now fed up with FNB doing me in each and every month once again in 2days time R180 went off my account for charges.. This is ridiculous previous months it is about 600 - 700 that is being charged on my account.. I want these charges reversed as soon as possible or I will go to the ombudsman to report this.. And i do not want to hear anything i will understand if a once off charge go off but every 2nd day this is bull****... Rectify my account immediately even last month there was R270 & 180 and my own bank chargers i want this reversed as soon as possible i'm now fed up
