FNB Doing ***** Business, Worst Bank Ever!

FNB Bank have gone from being one of the best banks in South Africa to being one of the worst banks in South Africa, this being after I defaulted on one of my loan installments to which FNB neglected to load my debit order onto my new bank account, everything was sent to them via email and confirmation was received via email & telecom conversation. The FNB Consultants / Staff somehow never loaded the new debit order and therefore resulted in not having debited my account, after having brought this to their attention they quickly corrected their mistake and debited my bank account x4 times over the past two months. This means FNB debited my account and took x3 times the amount they were supposed to debit and thus left me with minimum funds in my bank account to which I could not even pay the rest of my debt with. Due to FNB's negligence this now resulted in me defaulting on other accounts, I feel this is unjust and uncalled for seeming the mistake was on FNB's side. Now FNB wants to know why I moved to a different bank? WOW, is this not obvious! Perhaps FNB need to provide proper training to their consultants on how to treat clients, establish proper communication within the bank itself, make notes on your FNB system in regards to new debit orders needing to be loaded and not to debit a client's bank account more than double the quantities required as this is actually now the third time where FNB has debited my bank account with double debit orders going off. each debit order has a differentiation of 01 cents and also being done *******ly due to not having obtained any form of authorization to load double debit orders on my account. Good one FNB, I just wonder how many lives have you ruin due to your ***** way of doing business and causing thousands of people to default on making payments to their accounts, this just because FNB is greedy. Not everyone is a millionaire, we are normal individuals struggling to make a living and here you come and take our pride away by bullying people into the ground, I will not recommend anyone to open up an account with FNB or attempt to do any business with FNB, this will be one of the BIGGEST mistakes you will ever make!!
