FNB Doest want to help

I am on fnb private clients. I have been calling and chatting to FNB secure chart for more than 4 months now. they never answer if they do answer on Secure chat they will not help you they take forever and they will just say "We havent heard from you have a good day" I have been reporting these 99 Rand debit orders that I dont know about. If I dispute it says the amount is too high and it takes me to Money Assist. I have lost a lot of money from these debit orders and i cant stop or dispute the. This is frustrating
