FNB DOESNT WANT TO REVERSE ******* DEBIT ORDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!11

2 x debit orders were taken out of my account without my authority. they are more than R200 each! I called many occasions and was told nobody can help me. I chatted to someone via the app and was told go speak to the service provider. It is annoying to know that someone can debit my account with no authority and my bank FNB doesn't care.. I may not mean a lot to you cause we are not millionaires, however don't treat a client like dirt! FNB how can we help? by *****ing our money and not allowing us to reverse ******* debits. Once this is over I will be moving to another bank and by the looks of your reviews, so will thousands of people! sad poor service!!!!!!!!!!
