FNB Doesn’t Want to Release My Funds

Two weeks ago I requested some of the funds from my Bond/Prepaid. All documents were submitted and FNB confirmed that my account was “Compliant.” Since then I never received any communication, from last week I have been making follow up and I was told that my application has been sent for processing. Even this morning I’m still been told the same thing.

Why does it take this long to process an application? I am now considering withdrawing all available funds because it’s always a mission to get funds from this account and very inconveniencing.
