FNB Doesn't want to refund my money

FNB ATM cancelled my deposit, but didnt return my cash. I immediately went in the branch to log a complaint, and they have been sending me from pillar to pole. I decided to call their complaint center, i was told there is nothing they can help me with. I'm so disappointed in doing my business with FNB, more than anything else im sooo frustrated cos i have to pay my dues...its monthend now.
