FNB doesn't want to give me my money...

I was placed under debt review by the company called Infinite Debt Solutions, and they had an agreement with FNB to cancel all my debits that have been negotiated on my behalf, but FNB went on to debit me even though the amount agreed upon has been debited by Debt Councillor, I find this disheartening because they now telling me about 10-15 days to refund me, this is rather contradictory because it's been since the 25th of August and it's now 8th of September'20 and nothing has been done, I keep on asking for my money all they do is to send me from one department to the other telling me that each debit has its own Department, I find this ridiculous because it's one company why can't they refund me all the debits all at once???

This is rather sensitive to me because I missed on paying my insurances, my bills, my service providers but what hurts me the most is that I can't pay my child support, nobody seem to take a blame I keep on getting empty promises and apologies that doesn't bare any fruits, I want my money that's all, it was easy and it took them a day to debit from me why does it have to take weeks to refund me??? Please help me expose FNB...
