Fnb doesn't want to give me money my salary.

The experience I got from fnb is nonsense I'm truelly hurt and I'm and I take myself as a failure to my kids I went to fnb first national bank on the 5th of December 2024 to open a bank account with them as I was using another and then I switched my salary to fnb the lady that helped me even sent a bank confirmation letter to the company that I work at so and they said they will order my card and when my card arrive at their branch they'll sent a message for me to go and fetch the card I waited and waited no message nothing so on the 27th I received my salary I was off I went to fnb to collect my card so I can draw my salary as my kids waited for me with food but when I was there I told the lady that I opened a bank account with them but I haven't received my card so I came because I just got paid the lady looked for the card but didn't find it OK and then when she was busy checking why I dint receive my card and then a message appeared on the screen saying my money is on hold and then the safps appeared on the screen and the lady called their number and asked them what is the problem why is my card on hold they said my id number appear on the ***** list and the lady gave me the phone and I asked what did they do with my id number and my names they someone purchased a vehicle at Bidvest bank with ur I'd, name and surname I asked her how can I purchase a vehicle wen I earn 5400 and how can I buy a vehicle when I don't even have a license so this is identity theft so the lady that we talked to on the phone said fnb can release your salary and then after freeze the account again because that's your money the message showed that I have been paid by my company now fnb doesn't want to give me my money I don't owe fnb anything why are they holding my salary that how fnb **** people their last money my kids won't have uniform my kids go to bed without food I'm hurt I'm stressed as I signed forms with the safps to dispute forms and they said they'll reply within 20 working days but what are my kids eating I don't even have transport money to go to work because first national bank doesn't want to release my money fnb I owe you nothing the problem is with Bidvest and safps I don't understand why fnb doesn't want to give me money that's my salary I worked for. For the whole month please can I have my money fnb I'm crying out for help please and I want to know that lady didn't see anything when she was punching my id on screen for the 1st time on the 5th of this month and she even sent the bank comfirmation letter to my workplace while they saw that my id is flagged and fnb sent messages that they ordered my card, fnb was waiting for my salary to get in and then freeze my salary fnb I owe you nothing and this is not ur case please give me my money I won't let this go i want my money and I'll find a lawyer that will help me with this ull pay for putting me through this for something I don't know #i want my money fnb please my kids are hungry plz bring back my money.
