FNB does'nt want to assist but their slogan is How can I help? What a shame!!

We are trying since 3 May to get two debit orders reversed and refunded to us. It amounts to R 7800. Because of Covid 19, FNB decided the function on their app which assisted with that, is blocked. Meaning that FNB decides what will happen to our hard earned money. We did not generate any income and FNB allowed for money to be deducted off our account. The debitorders were wrongly deducted. In my eyes our money was ****** and NO ONE is willing to assist by reversing the debit orders. It is a total disgrace. I will take away all my business from FNB and I will not recommend them. Then they have the audacity to have a slogan of How can I help???? Sick!!
