FNB doesn't want clients

I have 3 loans and a revolving credit with FNB, during August of 2020 I was notified that my position was affected due to the Global Pandemic and I would need to either accept a VSP or a lower paying position within the company. I accepted the lower paying position and reached out to FNB to see if they could help me consolidate my debt into one lower payment. FNB Declined the request. Since the end of September 2020 till May 2021 I was fighting a debit order reversal challenge till I made the change to another Bank. Since May not one debit order has been reversed excluding my FNB Loans, as I can't afford R11500 per month anymore.

I wrote a letter of complaint to superservice at FNB as well as the ombudsman. It is now almost a year later. I owe FNB 225000 and I offered to pay R7500 over 4 years which will give FNB a return of R135000 in interest. FNB has now handed me over, and all I can say is if FNB had helped me and worked with through this I would have been back on my feet, by about April 2021 and my loans would be paid up to date.

FYI, I was a customer of FNB's for 23 years, and now I cannot stand them.
