FNB doesn't update their temp loans.

I have been wirh FNB for years in the beginning of this year i had complained that they remove 2 temp loans from my credit records as it has been paid off - only one was removed and the other stayed on. I am so tired of trying to contact and get any help with removing the other temp loan of my records which was actually taken in 2018. FNB i will be moving my account this is ridiculous.
