Fnb doesn’t update records at the credit bureau!

I just found out when I checked my credit report that fnb has not been updating my records with the credit bureau. I’ve been paying my monthly repayments every month but on my report it says I’ve last paid my credit card in September 2022. On their app, I don’t owe anything and my payments are up to date but my credit report is showing something totally different! 3 months in arrears?? Fix this!!
