FNB doesn't think CPA applies to them

I accepted an upgrade on the app on Saturday, but immediately regretted it and went to the branch the very next day to cancel it., and was told it will take 48hrs from Monday to process, which would mean by Wedensday it should've been done. Ikept following up and heard varied and exotic versions of the same story. It was eventually only sorted the next Monday, yet FNB deemed it fit to charge me fees for the time it took them to sort themselves out! What happended to CPA cooling-off period, or is FNB exempt?! I asked them why they're charging me when they were the ones dragging their feet, and the consultant couldnt answer me. I don't think its fair to charge me for their incompetence. I need an answer so I can take it up with the Ombudsman
