FNB doesn't take customers serious
FNB is so unprofessional they blocked my account because I took money from my Capitec to FNB acc they blocked it since March saying they suspect *****,what hurts is that I receive stipend on the account I am so broke my account is being handled by Sithembiso Mhlambi he is not responding me and I left 1600 on my account I so regret banking with FNB it's so ****ty 😡😡😡

02 May 2024, 14:07Still my case not solved they called me telling they are terminating my card and I just send my bank confirmation of my other bank( ithembiso Mhlambi)so they send my money ,I did so still waiting for it till now they want countless proofs I have sent more than 5 proofs they said t the branch they did not give them the proofs I provided so unprofessional I am just glad they terminating my card but I want my money I advise y'all not to use FNB
