Fnb doesn't really care for their customers

I've heard complaints about fnb but never thought it would happen to me, this morning i used paysharp on my fnb app to send cash to another account, I quickly realized after completion of payment that I made an error. I quickly communicated with fnb agents reading that. 🤢All was told was thers nothing they can do from their side they can only email me dispute form to fill, I then told them that I'm using a small fone I can't access form to complete it. Which mean my R1200 is gone & it's not their problem. I'm really disappointed that my money can go like that
