FNB doesn't protect their clients

I went to my FNB branch in Gezina to stop an unauthorized payment from Jobleads.com. They said they can't stop this **** payment. What type of trust can we have in FNB if they don't even protect their client against ****s. Considering to move my all my accounts to Capitec that actually does as they advertise.
