FNB doesnt pay back the money from *****ulent credit card transactions

In August 2024, I had 4 *****ulent transactions going off my credit card with First National Bank. I reported the ***** immediately. FNB ***** department blocked my credit card and I ordered a new card. Charges were reversed after some struggling with the bank. Come November 2024, FNB starts charging me for uber on the blocked credit card. I reported it to ***** again, and they wanted to block my card. I explained to them there is no reason to block my current card, for the charges went off my blocked card. ***** immediately said they cannot do anything about it, we need to sort it out with credit card department. Now, here we are in February 2025 and FNB cannot resolve the ***** inside FNB. It is clear that this charge doesnt come from a ********, for the card is blocked. I've been pushed between several departments on a constant basis, struggling to resolve the issue. No-one can resolve the issue, but they keep calling me to upgrade to private clients, which I dont see reason for, for they cannot resolve my credit card issue. But, while the issue is not being resolved, I am happily being charged interest by the bank. FNB now says that I used Uber for R835, which I never did. I have proof that I didnt use any Uber services for R835. But still, FNB insists that I have to pay for the ***** that was committed on my account. Even though FNB has a legal responsibility to safeguard the money of their clients and also have insurance in place where their own system they designed is hacked by ********s. I have no involvement in the R835 charge from Uber, but I have now been charged interest on my credit card account as well for 3 months already, due to the *****ulent charge. FNB is not taking any responsibility in resolving the issue. This is theft from inside FNB which needs to be resolved. FNB needs to take responsibility for safe-guarding their clients money. It is ******* to make clients pay for the lack of security in their own system. At no point did I approve the transaction for R835. FNB cannot prove that I entered a pin for the R835 swipe, it can also not prove that I authorised the payment on my banking app. None of this happened. I am being charged R835 for ***** inside FNB. I need to be refunded for the money that went off my credit card.
