FNB doesn't live up to its slogan when customers face financial difficulties, due to circumstances beyond thier control.

I wish to make a complaint against FNB.

I received a notification from FNB via sms that my credit insurance has lapsed due to non payment however despite my incredibly difficult financial struggles I have been paying FNB every single time I receive my salary. . This is ridiculous as I've tried despite my dire financial situation since the lock down to look after my accounts in the best possible manner I can. I only earn enough for my groceries and basic necessities of life. The subsequent result of this is that, FNB has once again plunged my Easy account into the negatives.Currently FNB certainly does not in my opinion live up to its slogan of "How can we help you?"…
