FNB doesn't know how a debit order looks like, COVID assistance only on debit orders

Tried to get COVID assistance. Application approved.

But the help only works on debit orders.

I don't have a debit order for rent, so I asked FNB if they can help me with an example of a debit order that I can give a signed debit order to my landlord.

I emailed and called FNB and they cannot even tell me what the requirements are.

I am shocked that FNB process debit orders daily but cannot tell me how it should look like, I am far concerned on how they even verify a debit order before processing one.
