FNB doesnt help anyone!
Exactly 3 months ago our legal aid lawyer sent a request to FNB about a proof of payment that she needed so she can process our claim and our money would be quickly paid out but there hasnt been a response from FNB since then. She has called and sent countless emails but FNB hasnt responded to neither. Why? Is it because the employees just dont want to do their work or is it because our issue just isnt important to FNB and thats why they are making us suffer like this?

25 Oct 2021, 12:52In 2019 my mother Nolitha Lingani who is now deceased had some funds in her FNB account and so when we tried to claim, our matter was referred to the Master in Mthatha and because my brother at the time was still a minor, Master in Mthatha referred our case to Legal Aid in Mthatha where we then found that Legal Aid had already claimed the money and the money in their possession
So when we filed a claim with Legal Aid for the money, our laywer told us that she requested a proof of payment from FNB so that she may be able to finalise our claim and we get the money. This was done by our lawyer 3 months ago and FNB simply has done nothing about it, she has made calls and sent countless emails but still there is no response
