FNB DOESNT HELP

Yesterday I app**** to increase my credit card and received a message "you successfully increased your credit limit on your premier credit card" and the increase has not reflected! It's been more than 24 hours now. I increased it twice yesterday and both times I received a message to say it was successful. Why hasnt it reflected yet??
